What will happen to your business if the server is down for few hours? It may be possible that thousands of customers trying to access your website will move to your rival company. Adding to your woes, what if your maintenance engineer or system administrator is on leave and cannot be reachable on phone. And if this scenario happens frequently, then your business is going to get affected worst.
