The virtual class environment has helped corporates conduct training in India to employees across different locations without having to bring them to one physical venue. This online training environment is real time learning model where the teacher need not be physically present at the training location. While the teacher is able to interact with
each one in the class, the participants too are able to log into the virtual classroom and interact with the teacher on a one on one basis. Corporate training in India has evolved in the recent years to world class levels, to help their employs learn new soft skills on the go. The Training and Development has moved in-house to scale up the corporate training programmes to be more domain specific and on work related soft skills.
